• Verbilab does not guarantee the factual accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of the generated content.
• Users are solely responsible for how they use the content and must ensure that it complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform guidelines.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that Verbilab is not liable for any losses, reputational damage, or legal issues arising from reliance on the content generated through our services.

We encourage users to treat the AI outputs as drafts or creative suggestions, not final material, and to make necessary adjustments before publication or use.

Credit-Based System

Overview

Verbilab operates on a credit-based pricing model across its subscription plans. Each action—whether generating AI images, creating social media posts, or scheduling content—consumes credits. The number of credits deducted varies depending on the type of task, selected settings, and resource usage.

Plan Structure (Monthly plans)

• Free Plan: Limited to 5k words and 1 AI image, 70 Templates Access, Article Generator as per billing cycle.
• Basic Plan: 200k words, 10 AI images, 100 Template Access, and more per billing cycle.
• Standard Plan: 500k words, 50 AI images, 150 Template Access, and more per billing cycle.
• Premium Plan: 1M words, 50 AI images, 250 Templates, and more per billing cycle.

Credit Usage

Credits are consumed based on:

• Type of content (e.g., AI-generated text, image, or post scheduler)
• Quality settings chosen for generation
• Tool or feature used (e.g., multilingual support, tone modification, post scheduling)

Add-On Credits

Users may purchase additional credits separately once their monthly credits are exhausted. These credits are only used after the main subscription credits are consumed.

Credit Expiration and Reset

• Subscription Credits: Reset at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). Unused credits do not roll over.

Terms and Restrictions

• Credits are non-transferable between user accounts.
• Unused credits are non-refundable.
• Free credits may change or expire at Verbilab’s discretion without prior notice.
• Misuse of the credit system—including manipulation, abuse of vulnerabilities, or fraud—may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• Verbilab reserves the right to modify credit pricing, usage rates, or plan structures with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions

Certain features of Verbilab—such as advanced AI image generation, bulk social media scheduling, access to additional templates, multilingual content generation, higher word/image limits, and premium tools—are available only through paid subscription plans.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed upfront on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. Plan Changes and Price Updates

Billing Information and Payment Failures

You are responsible for keeping your billing and payment information accurate and updated. If automatic billing fails, Verbilab will email you an invoice. Manual payment must be completed by the due date to avoid service interruption.

Taxes and Charges

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any additional charges as per Indian law or your local jurisdiction.

No Refund Policy

All subscriptions are non-refundable—including partial months or unused features—unless required by law or stated in a promotional offer.

Free Plan

Verbilab offers a Free Plan that allows new users to explore our platform with limited access—currently including the ability to generate up to 5k words and 1 AI-generated image per billing cycle without requiring payment details.

Usage Restrictions and Fair Use

The Free Plan is subject to usage limits, which may include restrictions on the number of scheduled posts, AI generations, and access to select tools or templates. These limits may change at our sole discretion without prior notice to ensure fair and equal access for all users.

Future Changes to Billing Requirements

We may, at any time, require you to provide valid billing information to sign up for or continue using the Free Plan or trial offers. You will not be charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid subscription during or after the trial.

Modifications and Termination

Verbilab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Free Plan or trial offers without notice. Abuse or misuse of the Free Plan may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Fee Changes

Verbilab reserves the right to change, update, or revise its subscription fees or pricing structure at any time. Changes become effective at the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise specified. We’ll notify you in advance via email or your dashboard.

By continuing to use the service after the new rates apply, you agree to the updated charges. If you disagree, cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle starts.

Refunds

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. A 7-day refund policy applies under these conditions:

• The refund request is made within 7 days of subscription purchase.
• Your account has not used more than 50 credits (words, images, or social posts combined).

Refunds will not be issued beyond 7 days or after using more than 50 credits. To initiate, cancel your subscription and email support@verbilab.com. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Important: Refunds are not automatic. You must proactively request one within 7 days of purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, and you will retain access until then.

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Verbilab is committed to ensuring a reliable and high-quality experience for all users. To maintain platform performance, we apply the following Fair Usage Policy:

• Usage Monitoring: We monitor usage to detect excessive behavior that may affect others.
• Excessive Usage: If your usage exceeds your plan’s limits, we may restrict access or recommend upgrading.

Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated scripts to access the platform.
• Account sharing across individuals or organizations.
• Violating platform rules or abusing vulnerabilities.

Breach of this policy may lead to suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

• Use the platform in any manner that could disable, disrupt, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with other users’ experience.
• Use bots, web crawlers, automation scripts, or scraping technologies to extract data or content without written authorization.
• Upload, transmit, or introduce any malicious software (e.g., viruses, trojans, ransomware).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Conduct or facilitate denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed DoS (DDoS) attacks.
• Engage in behavior that could damage the reputation, security, or performance of Verbilab LLP.
• Bypass platform usage limits, subscription restrictions, or security protocols.
• Use the platform to create, promote, or disseminate content related to sensitive or restricted topics, including but not limited to:
  • Sexual content
  • Political opinions or propaganda
  • Religious commentary or proselytization

Any violation, including attempts to generate prohibited content, may result in immediate subscription termination without refund and potential legal action.

Content Monitoring and Moderation

Verbilab uses third-party AI tools for content generation. While not all content is manually reviewed, we reserve the right to restrict or remove any content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• In violation of our Prohibited Uses or Terms
• Related to sexual, political, or religious topics
• Misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory

Repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

User Data

We may generate anonymized statistical data from your interactions with Verbilab to improve services and develop new features. This anonymized data may be made public if it doesn’t compromise your identity.

Content

Verbilab may store generated content to enable ongoing access and collaboration. This content may be deleted after a defined retention period. Users are responsible for backing up important content before expiration.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your Verbilab account. You are solely responsible for securing your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing credentials is prohibited.

Plagiarism and Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content does not violate copyright or plagiarism laws. Use plagiarism checkers as needed. Verbilab disclaims legal responsibility for the misuse of generated content.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, designs, and code are the property of Verbilab or its licensors. You retain copyright of AI-generated content, but may not copy or use Verbilab’s branding or system components without permission.

Copyright Policy

If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed, email us at support@verbilab.com with the subject "Copyright Infringement" and full details. Submitting false claims may lead to legal consequences.

Error Reporting and Feedback

We value your feedback and suggestions to help improve Verbilab. By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree that:

• Verbilab is free to use, adapt, and incorporate your feedback into its services without any obligation to compensate or acknowledge you.
• Your feedback does not include any confidential or proprietary information owned by third parties.

By continuing to use the service after the revised Terms are posted, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the service immediately.
